We have a preventive service approach which means that we monitor our systems remotely and execute upgrades and repairs remotely or locally before an operational issue would occur. In the event there is a malfunction, our highly trained Service Engineers can be deployed on-site quickly. In addition to our in-house engineers, we also partner with a network of trained Service Partners for our international business.
